FIT:  This cardigan runs a bit smaller than most of the brands I carry.  In the photos of me wearing it, I was a 2X top and 3X bottom.

I think anyone M-3X (probably even small!) can wear this 3X!

You can actually size up several, and it's still super cute!  I wear a Medium in most tops and a Large in most bottoms, and the 3X that's left still works on me!
